I like Hydroxy Cut Hardcore, and Hot Rox. These are thermogenics and they increase fat burning hormones, which help reduce adipose tissue. Unlike some other supplements( like green tea tablets) which are less effective mostly due to the fact that they just surpress appetite, and don’t specifically burn fat off your body.

Stay away from those ephedra type of “fat burners.” Try adding chromium and CLA to your supplements.
