		<description>If you eat normal meals and like to snack, the best snack which is very high protein, low fat and low carbs is microwavable pork rinds.  I buy mine over the internet at bariatriceating.com.  Normally I buy 6 containers at a time and they are not expensive.  Another alterative is a protein shake.  I like Worldwide Pure Protein which has 35 grams of protein, 1 gram fat and 4 grams carbs.  If I&#039;m busy, I have the shake for lunch and fill in the munchies with the pork rinds.  Hope this helps.</description>
