What Is The Best Protein/Non-Fat Diet?
Hello I have 15 years and are modified and muscle around my Pecs and arms but my ABS are hidden by little fat. Its dramatic but I just wanted to know the best protein and fat-free diet to reduce my fat stomach?
Also do some exercises such as abdominal crunch, so the increase. leg! What? Please could you list some foods that are high in protein but low in fat! Thank you!

If you eat normal meals and like to snack, the best snack which is very high protein, low fat and low carbs is microwavable pork rinds. I buy mine over the internet at bariatriceating.com. Normally I buy 6 containers at a time and they are not expensive. Another alterative is a protein shake. I like Worldwide Pure Protein which has 35 grams of protein, 1 gram fat and 4 grams carbs. If I’m busy, I have the shake for lunch and fill in the munchies with the pork rinds. Hope this helps.

You can’t spot reduce fat. It is better to walk for 20 minutes a day than to perform crunches in hopes of losing fat. Do the crunches for a strong midsection, but keep in mind that it won’t melt fat.
The best low-fat protein is canned chicken, tuna and salmon. Lowfat milk. Wal-mart (Body Fortress) protein powder (can add to water). Lowfat string cheese.

dont neglect fats though if u eat NO fat ull store fat as a natural reaction have a minimum of 40g a day
and to see tha abs gotta add in some cardio burn that fat
