I can suggest you the following:
Start a diet – Winter diet is fine
Exercise – it can be just walk (5 km per day at the beginning), run, dance, swim
Change the diet after two weeks – start new one, continuing exercising. The secret is the body not to get used with the particular diet
Do not give up if you do not lose weight as fast as you want. The body needs time to react.

check out the miami beach diet…it’s very common sense and healthy…also here is the old boxers diet: No gravy, no fried food and no sweets…and ease into exercising as many days a week as your body will take…6 max, really 4 is super.

Many folks have tried pills, potions, fad diets, and fasts. And although they’ve seen temporary results, they most assuredly aren’t longlasting or healthy. The moment they get tired of drinking 2 gallons of the latest concoction or eating the latest food combination, and return to “regular” foods, they’re either sick or back to square one, and usually end up gaining more pounds than they started with.
The answer is not in “quick” or “rapid” weight loss. The answer is in changing your lifestyle by eating healthier foods along with exercise. If you concentrate on making adjustments in your daily routine, instead of looking for a quick fix, you’ll be pleasantly surprised that your new adjustments become your regular routine without any thought at all.
The best exercises that I’ve come across are on a site that I found on the Internet a while ago. Following the routine of “correct” healthy eating and the “correct” exercise routines has made me a much happier camper.
And please… stay away from pills, potions, and other crappy temporary fixes. It’s just not worth it.

Go low carb. Cut out bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, sugar. Add exercise and you’ll lose weight fast.

I was using Proactol 6 months ago after seeing few example of my friends loss weight after taken this diet pill.
So as to prepare for the Christmas, I decided to took the 3 months of Proactol.
