A site told me how much I should eat day inorder to lose 20 lbs by July.

I need 2000 cal to stay at my current weight and it reccommended to eat 1300cal and no lower to reach the goal weight (125 lbs).

This seems fine, but how successful do you think this could be, based on the fact that metabolisms slow? Or is it only in extreme cases when the metabolism slows enough to have LARGE effect on weight loss.
