She should never had starved heself in the firt place. Her body goes into survival mode, slows down your metablosim (as you know) and you won’t end up losing any weight. Contact her doctor.

Exercise!
Starvation diets only work in the short term you tend to gain all the weight back plus more,because your body will save up more fat for the other low food times.
This is from millions of years of evolution.

Tell her to go to the Doctor and get a healthy diet! Wieght loss is a serious matter, one should never starve for 2 weeks to lose weight.

Starving is dumb. 700 calories is not enough. Tell her to exercise and eat a healthy diet…and not to eat junk.

STARVING YOURSELF IS GOING TO HELP YOUR METABOLISM AT ALL….YOUR JUST HURTING YOURSELF…
YOU SHOULD EAT 5 OR 6 SMALL MEALS A DAY…AND PLENTY OF WATER….
THAT WILL HELP YOUR METABOLISM…

she should start off with salads, fruits, that sort of thing but gradually build up to adding small portions of meat and other things. 700 calories isn’t enough for her to eat long-term, but after a starve it shouldn’t be too bad. she needs to get her body into the habit of eating again.
i strongly advise you keep a close eye on her and if she starves herself again, talk to someone about it because she has a problem.

You have to eat a lot more then 700 calories a day. That’s still starving AND you’ll put on 30 pounds after two weeks.
Start eating 2000 calories a day and exercising, and you’ll get back to equilibrium.

she is being a total idot u should never starve yourself to death u can possibly die and dehydrate if not drinking water from this she needs a healthy diet eat veg. some protein iron and thats it and EXERCISE A LOT if you know whats good for her contact a doctor none of this is not going well shes wasting her muscles , shes going to turn all weak why is these people worring about there weight and all just be proud of what you have already people dont have to worry about this stuff it’s not nessecary for a women or man if you look good you look good but if you look bad dont worry about it losing weight is dangerous for like kids and teens
