It has been common knowledge for many years that the best way to lose weight is to create calories loss by eating less calories than your body requires and to burn additional fat through exercise. This is accurate information and the secret to positive outcome to any weight loss program over the long term.

Changes like this are not really about going ‘on’ diet in the traditional sense. They are about lifestyle change and creating calories loss and this is just tool to help lose unwanted weight and keep it off.

Losing weight should not be your only priority as developing healthy body is the best direction in which to be traveling and the best reason to be counting calories. If you uphold your body by feeding it healthy wholesome foods and not denigrate and if you add regular exercise to your schedule, you will discover that your weight loss will begin and continue. Foods such as vegetables, whole grains, fruits and lean meat will provide the fuel your body needs, allow it to function in all the ways it should and provide the opportunity for your excess fat to be used as energy.

When you first start new healthier eating program it can feel awkward, but after you stick with it for time, it will begin to feel NORMAL. The trick is getting through that period of calories loss ‘change’. Once you accept the change, accept the new routine and start to notice your weight loss it will feel greatlike, how did I ever NOT do this before?
