No, but if you find out, please enlighten the rest of us ‘fluffy’ people. It’s probably some ‘jump start your metabolism’ with small, high protein meals.

No but go to the book store and read it for free.I did see his Natural Cures there.It’s all a rip off.

I’ll go look it up & get back to you!….okay this is 4 pages long.Here is a condensed version; Eat a big breakfast,add hot peppers or salsa to all your food,1 tbl. of raw organic apple cider vinegar before each meal,1 tsp. of organic virgin coconut oil before each meal,drink Yerba Mata tea…3-4 cups thru out the day starting first thing in the morning.

Dont eat any junk food…dont eat this and dont eat that…dont give up smoking because that will cause you to put on weight. I know this because I use to smoke and my weight problems were ok but when I gave it up…I started to put weight on.
What is Your Opinion?
