I just entered College and although I’m part of the swim team and was through High school, I’ve noticed that I don’t lose the amount of weight I would like to with just exercise alone. Is there anything that would help me to burn the fat off? An herb maybe? I don’t need to control hunger, just give me more energy or jump start my metabolism? (I’m not an expert on any of this, all I’ve taken is Nutrition class in High school and just tossed in some things I had heard about.)
Oh, and it doesn’t need to be fast at all, just effective so I feel I’m going in the right direction instead of getting the freshman 15.
